Qualifications

• Licenses: This position will be subject to additional background check requirements including fingerprints as required by NMLS regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of high value consumer and business customers and refer to bank partners to meet customer needs.
• Lead team to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Drive branch sales, service, and operations to meet budgeted production goals.
• Oversee recruitment/hiring to ensure staffing aligns with Huntington's culture.
• Build and deepen customer relationships and community partnerships.
• Ensure compliance with operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
