The ideal candidate has 1 year of rental industry experience with a Business Management degree or 3-4 years on the rental side, strong leadership, and the ability to build client relationships in construction markets.

Qualifications

• Understanding of P&L and financial controls is a plus.
• Experience in outside sales or negotiation is beneficial.
