Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals in the United States is seeking a Branch Manager to drive overall branch performance across Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics. You will lead a multi-unit or single-branch team to meet financial and operational targets, including reporting and budgeting responsibilities.

The ideal candidate has a Business Management degree or substantial Rental Industry experience, with a valid driver’s license and strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Business Management degree with at least 1 year of Rental Industry experience OR 3-4 years of Rental Industry experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record history.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of P&L and other key financial controls.
• Experience in outside sales or other experience in negotiation and influencing.
• Experience in construction or industrial markets helpful.
• High level of accountability, time management and willingness to learn all aspects of the business.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance, and Logistics.
• Drive achievement of financial and performance goals.
• Provide unit's operational and financial reporting.
• Direct and coordinate the rental center business unit to optimize performance.
