Job summary

Regional Finance in Savannah, GA is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a busy consumer finance office. You will recruit, train, and supervise staff, approve loans within policy, and deliver excellent customer service to help clients regain financial footing.

This full-time role offers monthly bonus eligibility and a path from Assistant Manager to Branch Manager. You’ll manage operations, build relationships with local businesses, and ensure regulatory compliance while driving profitability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years of management experience or completion of required Management Trainee program.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a dependable automobile with liability insurance coverage.
• Must pass drug screen, criminal and credit background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manages and inspires team members to perform to their full potential, thus driving branch profitability.
• Exercises independent judgment in decisions affecting employees and the work of the branch within policy and district oversight.
• Present loan solutions to customers to help achieve financial goals.
• Maintain branch solvency through asset control and proper credit extension.
• Build customer relationships by delivering exceptional service.
• Assign duties and monitor staff for accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency; train and correct errors.
• Train staff on current branch operations, policies, procedures, and laws governing consumer finance.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and District Supervisors to address staffing needs and growth.
• Develop relationships with local retailers and partners to maintain strong business ties.
• Oversee loan approvals and closures as necessary.
• Create plans with past-due customers for resolution.
• Delegate collection activity and follow up.
• Process insurance claims and maintain records.
• Communicate with customers and handle calls as needed.
• Complete month-end reporting and branch expenses approvals.
• Signs checks for expenses, loans, and remittances.
• Approve supply requisitions and balance cash drawers.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
