Job summary

Hertz is seeking a Manager In Training candidate in Massachusetts for hands-on experience in Sales, Operations, Customer Service, finance and fleet management. This program leads to a Branch Manager role in as little as 12–18 months and focuses on driving location sales and service excellence.

The position offers wage incentives of $18.50 per hour with benefits and performance bonuses. Training will cover leadership development, teamwork and operational efficiency at a busy rental location.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Strong computer skills and multitasking skills are needed.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of location sales goals and customer service excellence.
• Participate in the Manager In Training program with a clearly defined career path to Branch Manager in 12–18 months.
• Contribute to operations, sales and customer service activities to drive performance.
