Qualificações

• Must be at least 20 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality or related experience preferred.
• Strong communication, computer, multitasking and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Learn the rental car business through hands-on training in sales, customer service and operations.
• Support branch sales goals by building customer relationships and identifying needs.
• Deliver a positive customer experience by guiding customers through the rental process.
• Assist with daily branch operations, including fleet inventory and documentation.
• Partner with leadership to understand scheduling, coaching and business metrics.
• Build skills to grow into future leadership opportunities within Hertz.
