Orkin is seeking a Branch Manager in Grand Rapids to lead a high-performance team and grow a revenue-rich operation with top-tier customer satisfaction.

This role offers competitive pay starting at $85K plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Able to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (paid by company).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance operation and drive revenue growth.
• Develop and coach staff to deliver top-tier service.
