Salem Five Bank is seeking an experienced leader to drive leadership development, commercial growth, and community engagement across multiple markets. You will lead teams to deliver client-centric solutions, coach staff, and build strong relationships with business owners and community partners.

BA/BS degree (or equivalent experience) and at least six years of related experience and/or training required; a minimum of three years of management experience and proven leadership capabilities required. Demonstrates strength in coaching and serves as a mentor to more junior peers and colleagues. Has existing relationships with business community and a proven ability to turn networking opportunities into business development. Internally, this position provides for ongoing professional development and advancement opportunity for existing Salem Five management candidates.

$70,000 - $110,000 plus incentives
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, and performance. This range may be modified in the future.
