Job summary

UMB Financial Corporation is seeking a Branch Manager in Edwards, CO, to lead branch teams in delivering exceptional customer service and sales performance. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and collaborate with internal partners to meet business goals.

The role requires 2 years of leadership and 2 years in banking, with a Bachelor’s degree and NMLS registration (or within 90 days). Weekend and evening hours are expected as part of branch coverage.

How you will spend your time:

• Receiving continued education and training empowering you to meet individual sales performance and operational goals.

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or comparable college and/or business experience.
• You have 2 years leadership, associate development or management experience.
• You have 2 years of banking/financial services experience OR combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background.
• You have NMLS registration or will obtain within 90 days.
• You have reliable transportation and ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.

Compensation Range: $67,869 - $99,836 The posted compensation range on this listing represents UMB’s good faith and reasonable estimate based on its budget and what it expects to be the starting pay for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
