Zionsville, IN – Huntington Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the branch’s sales, service and operations. You will coach the team to hit budgeted production goals, acquire new consumer and business customers, and deepen existing relationships while partnering with other areas of the bank.

You’ll also drive community outreach, recruit staff, and ensure compliant, efficient daily operations using digital channels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year or more in a goal driven retail sales leadership role or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build relationships.
