American Welding & Gas, Inc. is seeking an energetic Branch Manager for our Wausau, WI location. The role directs sales, warehousing, distribution, and production with P&L responsibility, while leading safety initiatives and ensuring excellent customer service.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, prior management experience, and strong communication and leadership skills to drive branch performance and growth in a collaborative environment.

Responsabilités

• Direct day-to-day sales, warehousing, distribution, and production activities with P&L responsibilities.
• Lead safety initiatives and enforce safety rules.
• Ensure timely, cost-effective customer deliveries and tailored service.
• Improve branch operating income through sales, margins, and expense control.
• Monitor store ranking metrics and improve branch performance.
• Review monthly financial statements and adjust operations accordingly.
• Coordinate cross-branch activities to resolve customer and operational issues.
• Complete sales paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Assist in market analysis and annual sales forecasting.
• Hire, train, and develop branch personnel; provide performance feedback.
