Job summary

Skowhegan Savings Bank seeks a Branch Manager to join our Jackman team for a full-time, on-site role (37.5-40 hours weekly, Monday-Friday). The Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, supervise staff, drive sales, and ensure policy compliance while originating consumer loans as needed.

The position offers hourly compensation between $21.50 and $25.00, with growth potential up to $29.05 per hour.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in banking or related field preferred.
• Strong supervisory and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
