The position requires a driver’s license and a Business Management degree with rental experience, with salary starting at $77,000 and up to $121,000 per year depending on location and experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Business Management degree with rental experience requirement.
• 1 year rental industry experience if degree is held; 3–4 years required if no degree.

Responsibilities

• Review all contracts daily (creations, amendments, suspensions, terminations).
• Assess and approve equipment purchases based on input from sales, rentals, customers and product managers.
• Review and adjust Sales Plan weekly; ensure execution.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Monitor debt collection efforts daily.
• Inform Sales and Customer Service about slow-moving equipment.
• Ensure rental center yard, facility and staff are presentable.
• Prepare reports such as monthly rental income forecast and contract counts.
