Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to drive the performance of a multi-million dollar rental center. You will oversee Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance and Logistics to meet financial and operational goals.

This role demands strong leadership, P&L discipline and the ability to develop a high-performing team across multiple units. A Business Management degree or relevant rental-industry experience is preferred, along with a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Business Management degree or relevant rental industry experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the rental center including Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance and Logistics.
• Drive financial performance and unit-level reporting to meet goals.
• Lead and develop a multi-unit, high-performing sales team.
