Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Branch Manager (Profit Center Manager) to lead all aspects of the branch: sales, customer service, fleet maintenance and logistics. You will drive financial results, develop a high performing team, and report on unit performance.

The role demands leadership, accountability, and the ability to manage a complex service operation while pursuing growth in a multi-unit or sales-driven career track. Base pay ranges with a strong full benefits package are provided.

Formación

• Business Management degree with at least 1 year of Rental Industry experience OR 3-4 years of Rental Industry experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record history.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee performance of a multi-million dollar revenue business.
• Lead a success-driven team and build a multi-unit or sales leadership career track.
• Direct Sales, Customer Service, Fleet Maintenance and Logistics to achieve financial goals and report results.
