United Rentals is seeking a Branch Manager in Denver, CO for our Fluid Solutions Division. You will lead a large on-site team across sales, service, maintenance and drivers, driving safety, productivity and customer satisfaction while growing a profitable branch.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of branch management, strong P&L experience, and a background in equipment rental. Expect leadership, budgeting, and regulatory compliance responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of business management with P&L responsibility.
• Strong sales and customer service experience required; outside sales preferred.
• Understanding of business accounting and budget preparation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall branch operations to ensure safety, productivity, customer service and profitability.
• Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives.
• Prepare reports incl. profit & loss statements and budgets.
