Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years operations/sales management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven industry knowledge relevant to equipment dealerships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all branch operations: sales, parts, service and rental.
• Monitor performance and drive achievement of branch objectives.
• Coordinate staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop branch personnel.
• Represent the branch at meetings and promote products.
• Deliver sales presentations to key customers in collaboration with sales reps.
