Job summary

Reece USA in Los Angeles is seeking a Branch Manager Designate to lead a busy wholesale branch. You will guide your team from the front, manage daily operations, and prepare to transition into a full Branch Manager position, with autonomy and accountability.

You bring 3+ years in wholesale or plumbing distribution, strong knowledge of plumbing products, and a proven record in sales leadership, driving KPI targets and profitable growth while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in wholesale, plumbing, building supplies, or trade distribution with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing products, systems, and fixtures or the ability and motivation to learn quickly.
• Experience managing a branch, warehouse, or retail operation in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Proven track record in sales leadership, achieving sales targets, KPIs, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations and guide teams from the front.
• Manage staffing, inventory, scheduling, safety, and branch logistics.
• Oversee budgeting, margin management, and profitability to meet objectives.
