Job description

Position Summary:

• 40% - Business/Finance: This position works to maintain a profitable yearly budget, an acceptable rate of return on sales after incentive compensation, and a healthy cash flow.
• 30% - Sales: Responsible for the overall activities of the branch to serve customers effectively, enhancing Satellite’s reputation.
• 30% - Personnel Development: Invests in personnel development through training and coaching.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Business/Finance:

• Manage P&L results for the branch.
• Create and maintain the yearly budget.
• Meet or exceed profit and expense targets.
• Manage assets and capital to ensure ROI.
• Oversee fleet operations and develop sales forecasts.

Sales:

• Monitor competition and enforce business strategies.
• Build the Satellite brand and meet sales targets.
• Lead and train sales staff.
• Develop sales and marketing plans.

Personnel Development:

• Hire, train, and develop staff.
• Ensure safety and compliance.
• Communicate company objectives and foster respectful communication.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Supervise subordinate supervisors, sales, and administrative staff.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree + 5+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven leadership, P&L management, and sales experience.

Required Competencies/Skills:

• Financial management, performance management, problem-solving.
• Customer focus, communication skills, technical capacity.
• Flexibility for emergency response.

Physical/Mental Demands:
