Job summary

Maola Local Dairies® in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee distribution, warehousing, and sales operations. The role requires strong leadership to drive service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You will manage routes, coordinate with customers, and ensure effective financial and compliance controls while guiding a team. A CDL-Class B is required, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred with at least five years of experience in supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, including at least two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Class B CDL is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates distribution, warehousing, and sales in accordance with Maola Milk policies and procedures.
• Confers with customers to evaluate and promote improved and expanded services.
• Analyzes and resolves customer, product, or service problems.
• Assist in new store set-ups and openings.
• Develops effective working relationships with customers to promote a positive corporate image and generate new business.
• Enforces company policies; promotes safety; conducts safety meetings; seeks HR/safety assistance when needed.
• Sets deadlines to ensure completion of branch operations.
• May assist or run routes when needed.
• May run specials to guide route drivers on routes.
• Ensures accurate accounting for customers, cash, and inventories; prepares DOT and fuel reports; coordinates branch vehicle maintenance.
