Job summary

Maola Local Dairies is seeking a skilled supervisor for the distribution branch. The role focuses on coordinating distribution, warehousing, and sales while building strong customer relationships to advance service quality and market presence.

Preferred candidates have a bachelor’s degree and at least five years in related roles, including two in leadership. CDL class B is required, with willingness to work varied shifts and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience, including at least two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Class B CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate distribution, warehousing, and sales.
• Confer with customers to evaluate and promote services.
• Analyze and resolve customer, product, or service issues.
• Assist in new store setups and openings.
• Develop relationships with customers to promote positive image and generate new business.
• Enforce policies, promote safety, and coordinate branch operations.
