Job Summary

The Branch Manager will oversee a project and testing team, providing leadership for both construction services and geotechnical teams. Key duties include operational management of the branch office, business development, quality control program implementation, P&L responsibilities, accounts receivable oversight, and recruitment, development, and mentoring of personnel.

Responsibilities

• Operational management of the branch office, including construction materials testing/inspection, concrete, soils, and related lab and field testing, as well as geotechnical lab and field testing.
• Business development activities, including scope of work development, estimating, and proposal preparation.
• Development and implementation of construction quality control programs.
• Profit and Loss responsibilities.
• Accounts Receivable responsibility.
• Recruitment, development, and mentoring of professional, technical, and administrative personnel.

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering from an accredited engineering/ABET school.
• 5+ years of leadership, management, and/or project management experience.
• P.E. Registration required, or the ability to obtain within six months.
• Customer focused and quality driven mindset.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable driving record.

Preferred Requirements & Qualifications

• ICC, NICET, and/or ACI certifications.
• Experience with P&L and basic accounting.
• Sales, marketing, and client management experience.
