Job summary

Santander US is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily branch operations, drive customer experience, achieve financial goals, and coach a high-performing team in Montgomery County, PA. You will oversee sales initiatives, manage risk, and ensure compliance while delivering an exceptional banking experience.

You will partner with colleagues across functions to optimize processes, educate customers on digital tools, and build strong relationships.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in retail bank sales management or related operations required.
  • 5+ years in retail sales management or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education required.
  • 12+ months Santander experience related to Branch Manager role required and endorsed by District leadership.
  • 3+ years selling products/services in an incentive-based environment.
  • Proven sales leadership experience in a banking context.
  • Strong relationship-building and customer-centric approach.

As a Branch Manager you oversee the performance of the branch and daily operations, ensuring excellent customer experience, achievement of financial goals and efficient operations. Education:
  • High school diploma, GED - Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree: in related field or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Preferred

Qualifications:
  • 3+ Years Demonstrated successful experience in Retail Bank sales management or related bank operations/support function - Required. (OR)

  • 5+ Years Experience in Retail sales management or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military service, or education - Required. (OR)

  • 12+ Months Demonstrated successful Santander experience related to the essential functions and responsibilities of the Branch Manager role. District Executive, District Operations Manager and Region President endorsement of performance - Required. (AND)

  • 3+ Years Experience selling products and/or services in an incentive-based environment - Required.

  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably as a Branch Manager or similar position.

  • Proven relationship-building skills and a customer-centric approach.

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range:

Minimum:

$60,000.00 USD

Maximum:

$102,500.00 USD
