We're partnering with a growing community-focused financial institution that is hiring an experienced Bank Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and develop a high-performing banking team in the Bronx.

This is a strong opportunity for a bilingual banking professional who combines retail banking leadership, business development, customer relationship management, and regulatory compliance. The right person takes ownership of branch performance, builds relationships within the community, and knows how to lead a team while achieving business goals.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead daily retail banking operations, branch performance, and team development
• Drive deposit growth, new customer acquisition, and business development initiatives
• Build relationships with customers, local businesses, and community partners
• Collaborate with Commercial Relationship Officers and Lending Officers to identify business opportunities
• Monitor branch performance, sales goals, and key performance indicators
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, audits, and risk management standards
• Coach, train, and develop branch employees to improve performance and customer service
• Oversee branch security, operational procedures, and asset protection
• Represent the branch at local community events and business development activities
• Promote accountability, ownership, and a results-driven team environment

What They're Looking For

• 5+ years of retail banking experience
• Previous Bank Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, or banking leadership experience
• Fluency in English and Spanish required
• Strong experience in branch operations, business development, deposit growth, and customer relationship management
• Knowledge of banking compliance, regulatory requirements, audits, and risk management
• Proven ability to lead employees, improve performance, and achieve branch goals
• Strong sales, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience building relationships with local businesses and community organizations
• Associate's degree or higher required
• Ability to travel occasionally between branch locations
