Job summary

Summit Credit Union is seeking a proactive leader to guide a high-performing team at our Beaver Dam branch. You will drive member service excellence, provide personalized financial guidance, and oversee daily branch operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

This role emphasizes community engagement and sales alongside strong leadership. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retail or financial services with at least 1 year in management, can obtain an NMLS number, and demonstrates outstanding

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail or financial services, including at least 1 year of management experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an NMLS number.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional presence.
• Solid understanding of financial principles, branch operations, and common financial products and services.
• Proven ability to lead individuals and teams toward high performance and organizational goals.
• Sound judgment and adaptability in solving day-to-day, unique challenges.
• Active listening skills and a thoughtful approach to resolving complex situations.
• Ability to build rapport, communicate proactively, and foster strong member relationships.

• Physical Demands of Position: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continuously required to stand, walk and sit, and use hands and fingers. The employee occasionally must reach above and below shoulder level, and lift/push/pull and/or carry up to 40 pounds.
• Environmental/Working Conditions: Works in a typical administrative setting with climate control and appropriate lighting. Saturday hours required.
