Job summary

Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Branch Manager in Wichita, KS to lead day-to-day branch operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient service. This role coordinates with the parent office, clinical teams, patients and referring agencies to uphold standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in healthcare, with a flexible schedule and a commitment to quality improvement in a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervisory/management experience in a healthcare setting (Home Health/Hospice preferred).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure quality and efficient service.
• Coordinate with the parent office, interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency.
• Oversee QI issues at the branch level and enforce agency policy and procedures.
