Job summary

Bank of Washington is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the daily operations of a retail banking branch in Washington, MO. You will coach staff, drive growth, and strengthen community connections while ensuring exceptional service.

The role requires a minimum of five years in retail banking with prior leadership experience and a proven track record in developing teams and building client relationships.
