Job summary

QXO, Inc. in Warminster, PA seeks a Branch Manager to lead the profit center, drive sales growth, and collaborate across departments. You will analyze trends to seize opportunities and work with the Branch Credit Manager to ensure financial stability.

Ideal candidates have a BA or 1–2 years’ leadership experience, are Spanish bilingual a plus, and hold a valid driver’s license. You’ll guide staff, manage priorities, and advance vendor partnerships in a safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Credit Manager to establish an appropriate account base and ensure financial stability.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships, leveraging manufacturer information to market products and services.
• Foster a positive work environment and develop future leaders; champion safety protocols.

What you'll do:

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.); or one to two years' related experience and/or training
• Prior leadership in industry
• Spanish bilingual proficiency a plus
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Refined leadership skills, including managerial and supervisory experience, and drive to motivate and inspire others
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and team
• Organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
