Job summary

The position offers a competitive base of $55,000 plus incentives or DOE, quarterly bonus opportunities, and employee benefits after a 30-day intro period, including medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Branch Manager

A Johnstone Supply branch manager is responsible for managing an effective team to strengthen relationships with new and existing customers to meet or exceed assigned goals.

Job Duties

• Plan and direct all sales and operational aspects of the branch to achieve assigned goals.
  
• Evaluate and provide training, coaching and motivation to bring out the best in each team member.
• Ensure customers receive prompt, professional service.
• Actively participate with all team members to achieve assigned goals.
• Ensure showroom and warehouse areas are clean, organized, well stocked and achieve assigned goals.
• Communicates effectively with all company team members by sharing suggestions to improve sales and/or operational activities, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and other noteworthy information.
• Ensure the safekeeping of company assets including facilities, equipment, inventory and cash.
• Maintain knowledge on current and new products by utilizing vendor and company provided training, including Johnstone On-Line University and in person Johnstone Technical University training.
• Learn and maintain proficiency on Company computer system and other technologies as required.
• Follow company policies and procedures maintaining high ethical standards.
• Maintain and expand on our 3rd generation family owned culture
• Strong leadership, motivation and managerial skills.
• Ability to communicate with others, both written and verbal, in order to influence attitudes and actions.
• Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
• Other duties as assigned.
