Job summary

Slakey Brothers, Inc. in Reno, NV is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations and drive sales performance. This role focuses on delivering exceptional service, optimizing branch processes, and supporting the regional sales strategy.

You will hire and train staff, coach team members, and ensure safety and SOP adherence while managing cash and paperwork related to orders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in lead or supervisory roles preferred.
• Prior outside sales experience preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Slakey’s products.
• Ability to supervise branch operations and cash handling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coach and train team.

Responsibilities

Job Description

We have an amazing opportunity for a Branch Manager to join the Team in Reno, Nevada!

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure the Branch Team delivers outstanding customer service
• Guarantee the Branch Team supports and assists the Region in implementation of Slakey’s sales strategies
• Comply with Company SOP’s and maintain a safe work environment
• Manage daily, weekly and monthly operations, including cash reconciliation, growing Customer relations and completing all appropriate paperwork for sales orders
• Hire, train and continuously coach Branch Team Members to meet Company Standards

Education/Experience/Skills

• Excellence in prior job performance required
• Slakey experience preferred
• 3+ years related lead or supervisory experience preferred
• Prior outside sales experience preferred
• Excellent knowledge of the products Slakey sells
• Comprehend Slakey’s Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery functions
• Strong decision-making abilities, understanding the impacts and implications of decisions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong people management and time management skills
• Demonstrated ability to organize people and resources to get the job done
• Think creatively and identify improvement opportunities in sales and operations
• Positive approach toward challenging situations
• Able to work sitting or standing and move freely throughout the facilities
• Able to lift and carry equipment, supplies, and inventory on a frequent basis
