The Role

The Branch Operations Manager plays a key role in supporting the operational performance of our branches. This position focuses on workflow coordination, scheduling alignment, communication, and helping teams execute efficiently. This role requires a leader who understands both the business and field side of construction, capable of balancing process discipline with real-world trade experience. This is a hands-on operational role. You'll work closely with the CEO and branch leadership to maintain consistency, improve processes, and support the systems that keep projects moving.
