The Branch Manager oversees daily store operations to achieve or advance sales and margin goals. This involves promoting sales, delivering excellent customer service, nurturing inventory levels, and balancing expenses through purchase supporting. Additionally, the Branch Manager fosters facility and staff alignment to safety and regulatory standards, empowering team members in providing efficient customer service, maintaining good housekeeping, and harmonizing overall operational efficiency.
Base pay plus bonus. Comprehensive Family Benefits: medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, and disability insurance. Support for Parents: 14‑week paid birth benefit. Future Security: 401(k) retirement plan with company match, tuition assistance, paid holidays, vacation, and sick time. Early Access: benefits start after 30 days of employment.
