Job summary

Thompson Tractor Company seeks a capable manager to lead a branch team, drive annual targets for rental, sales, parts and service, and promote company products and services.

You will hire, coach, and direct staff, develop strong customer relationships, and ensure a safe, organized work environment while addressing customer concerns and optimizing operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience in rental and construction industry preferred.
• PC proficiency and typing skills required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
