Chelsea State is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily banking activity at the Northern Kentucky branch, focusing on customer service, staffing, and facilities maintenance. You will ensure branch opening/closing, uphold security policies, and coach a team to deliver reliable service.

The role requires building community relationships, understanding bank policies, and ensuring compliance with regulations, including BSA; leadership is essential for achieving branch goals and delivering

Qualifications

• Two years experience in a financial institution.
• Good written, verbal and supervisory skills.
• Willingness to obtain NMLS licensing for real estate loan production.
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and security standards.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties:

• Ensures that the branch is opened and closed and stays current on security policies and procedures.


• Supervises vault operations and procedures.


• Maintains knowledge of branch policies and procedures with respect to approving or overrides of teller transactions.


• Responsible for ongoing coaching and career development of branch team.


• Well versed in community development and outside bank networking to further promote CSB as the full service community focused bank that we are.


• Applicant will be required to obtain NMLS licensing for production of real estate loans.


• Directs personnel in activities to ensure prompt, accurate and dependable customer service.


• Establishes and helps to attain internal performance objectives for branch office business volume.


• Handles customer problems and complaints; counsels customers with special needs or requests.


• Provides and maintains a professional business-like atmosphere within the branch office.


• Reviews staff for performance evaluations and recommend salary adjustments.


• Coordinates staff training when needed.


• Comply with all bank policies, regulations and laws applicable to carrying out duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act.


• Regular attendance is an essential function.


• Other duties as assigned.
