Job summary

Lift Solutions seeks a Branch Manager to lead and grow the Brooksville, FL branch within the Rigging team. This leadership role focuses on revenue growth, operational excellence, and building a high-performance culture.

As Branch Manager, you will oversee branch operations, manage P&L, drive safety, coach and develop the team, partner with sales, and ensure top customer service with key accounts. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent experience; rigging industry experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Rigging industry experience preferred.
• Proven leadership and cost-control capability.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch operations with a focus on safety culture, including monthly safety meetings.
• Meet operational targets, budget goals, and profitability through P&L analysis and inventory management.
• Drive customer satisfaction by partnering with the sales team and maintaining high service standards with top customers and prospects.
• Conduct monthly branch operations meetings to ensure accountability for goals and objectives.
• Provide input to company leadership on branch growth strategies and operational performance.
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members through performance management, training, and coaching.
• Oversee inventory control through weekly cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
• Serve as the point of contact for facility, vehicle, and equipment maintenance.
• Maintain and expand technical and professional knowledge through workshops, networking, and industry associations.

Position Summary

The Branch Manager is responsible for growing revenues and profits of the Bronx branch while fostering a culture of safety, quality, service, and customer satisfaction. This role collaborates with operations, sales, and leadership to achieve financial and operational objectives while leading, coaching, and developing the branch team.

Education & Experience

• Rigging industry experience, preferred.
