OneMain Financial Group is seeking a Branch Manager in Downers Grove to lead a customer-focused team and drive branch performance. You will coach staff, review lending options with customers, and manage collections while ensuring compliance with policies and laws. Local travel for business development is expected.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Leadership experience with coaching a team.
• Proven experience with meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of start date where required.

You will be a coach training the team to achieve financial goals in a responsible manner.

REQUIREMENTS

Target base salary range is $51,800-$72,400, which is based on various factors including skills and work experience. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a competitive additional compensation program that is based on individual and company performance.
