Job summary

Service Partners in Kent, WA is seeking a Supervisory/Management professional to lead operations, drive safety, quality and cost improvements, and mentor a team within our energy-efficient insulation and building materials business.

This safety-sensitive, on-site role requires strong leadership, OSHA knowledge, and experience with DOT inspections; a college degree is preferred and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Prior supervisory or management experience.
• Knowledgeable in construction or distribution industry.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Experienced with OSHA requirements and DOT inspections.

Responsibilities

• First-class Customer Service to build relationships and retain current customers.
• Display leadership, professionalism and integrity at all times.
• Drive operational excellence and best practices to improve quality, safety, cost and service.
• Ensure timely and effective action on all sales lead opportunities.
• Ensure all safety regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and maintained to create a secure and compliant work environment.
• Manage warehouse inventory, staff and deliveries.
• Develop employees into next generation leaders.
• Create and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• In-depth experience with budgets and P&L.
• Manage all employees, including exempt, non-exempt, and nonunion.
• Oversee and bolster sales team performance while supporting customer relationships.
• Any other duty or responsibility as assigned.

Physical Requirements

Compensation Range

$75,000.00 - $150,000.00
