We carry an array of quality fasteners, tools, and equipment to make your job efficient and done correctly. Our expansive catalog of products spans all categories, from power and pneumatic tools to fasteners from industry-leading brands. As part of our award-winning service and commitment to our customers, we deliver fasteners and tools directly to the jobsite. ProFast Supply is now seeking a dynamic and motivated self-starter to lead and grow its Jacksonville team as Branch Manager.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

General Management

• Daily management of all employees within the branch.
• Exhibit exceptional customer service through building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Troubleshooting P21, network, and procedural issues
• Manage customer service issues and daily operations including, but not limited to, shipping and receiving, sales department, deliveries, etc.
• Facilitate branch growth through increasing sales revenue, expanding the customer base, and growing the overall book of business
• Utilizing available resources to maintain an accurate and complete inventory
• Create weekly transfers and inspect & receive all transfers and purchase orders
• Manage regular inventory audits, cycle counts, and inventory turns

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred – if you have this skillset, please note this in your application
• General knowledge/familiarity surrounding the construction supply business.
• Possess excellent organizational skills
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well versed in problem-solving techniques
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with employees, customers, and company leadership
• Administrative skills including, but not limited to, record keeping and report structure
• Ability to work directly with employees and maintain a productive environment.
• Able to provide coaching and mentorship to employees
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, teamwork, creativity, and the leadership skills necessary to create and maintain a climate conducive to an effective and efficient operation

Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role works in a retail store environment with some time spent in a warehouse environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets. While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach and lift with hands and arms. The employee may be required to lift up to 30 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance. While in a warehouse setting, the employee may be exposed to the outdoor weather temperature and loud noise. This role may require some weekend or late-night work as the employee is the sole manager responsible for the location’s emergency response.
