The ideal candidate will have a business management background, 5+ years in equipment rental, and strong P&L acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management required.
• 5+ years of experience in equipment rental or related industry.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Understanding of P&L (Profit & Loss) and key financial controls.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days per week.
• High level of accountability, organization, and time management.
• Willingness to learn all aspects of the business.
• Prior sales experience in equipment rental.
• Construction or industrial market experience.
