Job summary

Circle of Life Home Care is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the Gallup office, oversee daily operations, payroll processing, and client care plans to ensure our clients receive exceptional home health services.

You will partner with corporate leadership to hit financial benchmarks, build meaningful relationships with case managers, physicians, and referral sources, and help seniors in the community maintain independence at home.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Ability to train small groups and keep them engaged.

Responsibilities

Position Duties Include

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Gallup office.This can include processing payroll, reviewing client care plans, and ensuring our clients are receiving the exceptional health care services they deserve.

• Building meaningful relationships with those in the healthcare community. You\'ll be working with case managers, physicians, and other referral sources to help those in the community maintain their independence and stay in their homes.

Qualifications

Qualified applicants should be comfortable working in the Microsoft Office Suite. Applicants should have excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines. This position also requires applicants to be comfortable training small groups of people while keeping them engaged.
