Job summary

ProForce Pest Control is seeking a Branch Manager in Fort Myers to lead a growing team, own operations, and drive service excellence. This onsite, full-time leadership role offers a $70,000–$90,000 base plus bonuses and a $2,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days.

You will recruit and coach staff, optimize routing and scheduling, manage inventory, and launch our brand-new Ft. Myers market with vision and accountability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience.
• Must have Certified Operator (CO) license in: General Household Pest (GHP) and Wood Destroying Organisms (WDO).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent real-world leadership experience.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for developing people.
• A clean driving record (must be 21+)
• Ability to pass required background, MVR and Drug Screen.
• Ability to earn & maintain pest control licenses (DCA).
• Tech-savvy, metrics-minded, operationally sharp.
