We are currently recruiting for a Branch Manager, for our Marshall, VirginiaBranch.
This position is full-time and candidates must be available during operating hours, currently Monday through Saturday. ~$58,000 annuallyis a starting rate and may be higher depending on experience and qualifications.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education, training, and banking experience may be considered.
Working knowledge of deposit operations, branch controls, cash handling, customer service standards, banking products and services, and applicable banking laws and regulations.
Demonstrated ability to lead employees, manage multiple priorities, resolve customer and operational issues, and exercise sound judgment within established authority.
Strong communication, interpersonal, sales, organizational, problem-solving, and community relationship-building skills.
Proficiency with standard office technology and banking systems; ability to learn and use job-related software and digital banking tools.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information appropriately, and represent the Bank in a professional and ethical manner.
Work is generally performed in a professional branch office environment with frequent customer and employee interaction.
Ability to use a computer, keyboard, calculator, telephone, cash-handling equipment, and other standard office and banking equipment.
Ability to review documents, transactions, and system information with accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, management, and business partners in person, by phone, and through electronic communication.
Ability to occasionally lift, carry, or move items such as coin, documents, or supplies up to 20 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
