Job summary

Allegiance Trucks, LLC is seeking a Fixed Operations Branch Manager to lead the parts and service departments and drive top-tier customer service across our growing dealership network. You will manage day-to-day operations, mentor staff, and align operations with company goals.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years of management experience in the commercial truck dealership sector, a strong business sense, and a professional appearance to represent our brand across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, management or related field preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in a management role within the commercial truck dealership industry or related field.

As a Fixed Operations Branch Manager, this position must lead by example, develop an engaged team that is committed to providing the highest level of customer service and promoting our organization as a dealership and employer of choice.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management or a related field (preferred)
• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a management role within the commercial truck dealership industry or related field
• Valid state driver's license is required
• Must maintain a clean driving record
