Job summary

Axis Portable Air is seeking a Branch Manager to supervise daily branch operations, ensure efficient delivery and install coordination, and uphold customer satisfaction. The role requires managing rental contracts, logs, and staff adherence to company policies, while coordinating with sales and field teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience with rental software, Excel, and Salesforce, plus strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Using the company's software tools, ensure rental & sales contracts and invoices are produced accurately and in a timely manner.
• Responsible for execution and management of all rental reservations and contracts.
• Dispatch & coordinate delivery/pick up of equipment, parts, service calls & maintain accurate logs.

AXIS PORTABLE AIR LLC IS CURRENTLY HIRING FOR THE FOLLOWING

Job Type: Full-Time

DAILY EXPECTATIONS:

• The Branch Manager ensures that all operational duties are performed in an efficient manner at the branch location in order to fulfill and exceed customer expectations.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operations at the branch.
• Exhibit teamwork skills alongside the sales team to ensure we have a realistic work schedule and meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Assist with equipment delivery and installs in the field when needed.
• Ensure branch location and staff adhere to all company best practices, policies and procedures
• Collaborate with local sales leader to ensure best possible experience for Axis customers and employees

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Using the company's software tools, ensure rental & sales contracts and invoices are produced accurately and in a timely manner.
• Responsible for execution and management of all rental reservations and contracts.
• Dispatch & coordinate delivery/pick up of equipment, parts, service calls & maintain accurate logs.

• Maintain employee files and manage work hours.
• Operate forklift and load/unload delivery trucks.
• Deliver/Pick Up & Install Company equipment as needed from time to time.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by Management.

PREFERRED SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred, not required
• Must have experience/skill with typical software tools and IT tools. (rental software, Excel, Salesforce)
• Must be organized and able to multitask.
• Must be able to work independently and prioritize efficiently.
• Must be able to work in a team environment.
• Must be able to demonstrate problem solving skills.
