Job summary

Santa Rita Landscaping Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a growing Arizona branch in Apache Junction. You will oversee operations, assume full P&L responsibility, and guide Account and Production Managers to drive sales and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience leading multiple teams at a branch level in a similar industry.
• Proven experience motivating, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
• Ability to make critical judgments and solve problems with attention to detail.
• Driven to exceed goals through independent work and team leadership.
• Experience managing sales and estimation processes (job costing, proposals).
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Positive, winning attitude.
