Hertz Local Edition in Louisville, KY is seeking a Manager Trainee to join the local branch team. In this hands-on role, you’ll learn how to run a successful rental location while delivering a great customer experience and supporting daily operations.

This position offers structured training and a clear promotion path to Branch Manager in 12–18 months, with a starting wage of $16/hour plus performance incentives. A valid driver's license and flexible availability are required.

Formación

• Must be at least 20 years old.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or other professional experience preferred.
• Strong communication, computer, multitasking, and time management skills.
• A self-motivated, adaptable approach with an interest in learning the business and growing into leadership.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Professional appearance and reliable attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Learn rental car business through hands-on training in sales and customer service.
