Qualifications

• Four years minimum experience managing business operations and supervising a team.
• Experience with rigging/fabrication or equipment rental management.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onsite personnel regarding safety, facility readiness, inventory control, payables, collections, purchasing and prep of orders.
• Develop a strategic branch plan to meet goals and execute it.
• P&L management of branch labor, revenue and profit margin.
• Manage branch operation performance to KPI targets.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize branch operations and processes.
• Ensure orders meet customer needs and communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Meet with key customers regularly to strengthen relationships and secure future business.
• Address customer concerns promptly and ensure satisfactory resolution.
• Conduct monthly branch management meetings to align goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well‑maintained facility with proper safety training.
