Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years in operations or branch management.
• Experience reviewing financial statements and managing a P&L.
• Experience with equipment rental inventory and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily branch operations for rental, parts, and equipment staff.
• Set expectations, delegate tasks, and coach employees for performance.
• Review branch P&L and identify profitability opportunities.
• Manage inventory planning based on customer demand.
• Build strong customer relationships and resolve escalations.
• Ensure safety, policies, and clean work environment.
