Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the branch’s sales, service and operations, coaching the team to meet production goals while deepening customer relationships. You will partner with other areas to meet customer needs and drive community engagement.

You will recruit, coach and develop staff, ensure compliance with policies, and manage daily operations to deliver exceptional banking experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role, or a bachelor's degree.
• Background checks and fingerprints required per NMLS regulations.
• Preferred: bachelor's degree and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of high-value consumer and business customers and refer to bank partners as needed.
• Lead team to deliver sales, service and operations while achieving budgeted production goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Develop knowledge of products, services, technology and policies and educate team.
• Maintain community involvement and develop business relationships.
• Drive branch sales and service through internal partnerships and initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment/hiring to ensure staffing aligns with Huntington’s culture.
• Ensure adherence to risk, security, and regulatory policies.
