OneMain Financial is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a customer-focused team at a local branch in North Carolina. You will coach staff, drive loan and product sales, manage collections discussions, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws.

The role requires travel within the local area to support business development and community presence. The successful candidate will develop talent, foster an inclusive culture, and navigate a fast-paced lending environment with a focus

Qualifications

• Leadership experience coaching and leading a team.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals.
• Ability to obtain insurance licensing within 6 months of start date where required.

Responsibilities

• Build an environment that is customer focused and present all lending options.
• Manage collections including consulting with customers on past-due payments.
• Attract and develop high-quality, diverse talent and coach team members for growth.
• Drive branch performance while ensuring compliance with policies and laws.
• Travel locally for business development as needed.
